This book felt very forced. It barely had anything to do with her alcohol-related escapades & other situations that make Chelsea so hilarious. I was pretty disappointed. Her first book is still an absolute favorite of mine though.

You'd be better off just reading the manual that came with your phone...it's free & has the same information as this Dummies book.

This book is really fast-paced and well-written...the best Palahniuk book, by far!

Not one of Ellis' best novels, but just because you don't personally like the characters doesn't mean you have to dislike the book. I thought it was a good read!

Jen Lancaster is such a funny lady, even though you really don't get to the point where you actually like her in this book. She comes off pretty spoiled, but it's still an entertaining and funny read.

I was a little disappointed with this book. Some of the stories are so short that you don't even have time to really "get into them" before they end. I'd say about 60% of this book was actually funny.

  • Dog Behavior Answer Book
    • Rated 4 stars

This book has some really useful questions & answers for the typical dog owner! On the other hand, some of the letters & answers to them are really long-winded. Definitely worth a read if you've got a problem doggie though!

I found this book on a clearance rack at my local bookstore & now I know why...8 Chapters into it & I'm now putting it down and in the trash. I love cynical humor, but I didn't laugh or even grin one time while reading this book. I'll give Sedaris another chance & try another one of his books later, but for now I'm going to read Augusten Burroughs new book because I KNOW he'll give me some laughs!

The story of Aileen Wuornos is an interesting one, but this book was a slow read & often a bit one-sided.
