I love reading books. I have been reading books for many years. I could say, I started reading Self- Help books and as I came to Professional life, started reading Management / Business related books. For about 3 - 4 years, my interests have turned into Spirituality. I could broadly divide them into Vedanta ( Ramana Maharishi / Nisargadatta Maharaj / Deepak Chorpra) and New Age Spirituality ( Wayne Dyer, Gary Zukov, Colin Tipping, Brian Weiss and Louse Hay). I find there is a great convergence in these two routes and either route could lead us to better awareness and enhanced happiness.

I have been greatly benefitted by Vipassana meditation I would say if there is one practical guaidance to all the theories mentioned above, that would be vipsassana. ( www.dhamma.org)

Through this journey, I would say my Self awareness has increased and that has helped me in professional and personal life. I confidently believe this journey would also improve the general health . My current interests is to leverage spirituality for better health as well as Conflict Management.
