I guess you don't read these public notices.
I haven't contributed any Librarian activity since I haven't heard back from you.
Hey, Joshua.I’ve been a Librarian for Shelfari, contributing hours of labor to make Shelfari a better web site. I’ve answered many users’ questions, and have approved 27,696 of 29,552 requests to change Shelfari data. Considering the work I have done, would you and Amazon be able to give me a Kindle DX?

Hi, Joshua. I’m the author of The Sandal Maker, a new novel about the public ministry of Jesus from a unique point of view, a little controversial at times. It’s a story that will take you on a fascinating journey in first century Galilee. A “must read” for those on a spiritual quest. You can read reviews at Amazon.com. I’m including here the publisher's notes. Let me know what you think.Book Description:In 70 A.D., a father and daughter risk their lives traveling through a war torn, Galilean countryside on a mission to reach Jerusalem, a fascinating journey that will change their destinies forever. Caleb, an elderly Jew, leaves the safety of his home in Cana on a mission to find a man he believes is in Jerusalem. Miriam, Caleb's only remaining child, accompanies him disguised as a boy. In the desolation of the war struck Galilean countryside, father and daughter risk their lives to journey south on the Jordan River trail. As they walk, Caleb intrigues Miriam with a captivating story of his youth that will change her future destiny. A story of a time forty years prior when he became a sandal maker in order to observe a man some called the Miracle Worker. Caleb secretly kept notes of the events he saw and heard as he followed the crowds. With his objective, skeptical point of view, he reveals the fascinating ministry of the one he called the "Master." Heart pounding perils and the threat of death endanger the two travelers, but nothing could foretell the fate awaiting them in Jerusalem! From the PublisherA. Michaelson's new novel, The Sandal Maker, takes the reader on a fascinating journey back to the year 70 A.D. in worn torn Palestine. The author creatively weaves two stories together, one in the present, the other in the past. Heartwarming, enlightening and tragic, The Sandal Maker paints a portrait of one man's life and his involvement in how the gospel came to be.
Hello, I just wanted to let you know about a book I just published called, "My Miracle." You can see it on other websites or you can visit www.sharingmiracles.net. Here you can read the thesis and order the book, but ALSO you can read, join in, or start your own discussions about moments in your lives that turned out to be miracles. I had a traumatic head injury (just like the famsous actress who just lost her life) when I was 21 and had to learn life all over again. The book is about my whole life before, during, after, and up to this point at the age of thirty-eight. Please visit www.sharingmiracles.net, thank you very much for taking your time reading this email. I would love to hear back from you, if you wanted to send me a response. Take care.Rodney
Im glad you gave Hank Haney's book 5 stars that a boy hes the only one that really knows what hes talking about
Joshua, Sending oout one last e... a friendship request between two guys and a bunch of books in common. Have a good holiday weekend. I'll do the same. Dave
wondering with a friend whether we should read this novel and the rest of the saga. Can you help us?
You probably have time now to read! Choices sound interesting. How about Fred Hill's DARKROOM SOLDIER? Do you have it listed now? It's in the running for further honors.I have just as much time as anyone, and even several books, but not reading. That is, except for OBSERVER, Bible, and Fox News. (that should diminish now election is past.) Bernal and I are reading together before bedtime. He's more biblically literate now, and a good reader for me, if I ever need help. Celas gave me a clue to "study"--'SOAP', breaks down to Scripture, Observation, Application, and Personalize(?) of course I forgot it, and went through Beth. But Bernal & I will try to advance! With love and prayers for you and Celeste! Virginia
