I love reading & have since I was a child. I would sit outside on a beautiful summer day and devour the Little House books, Narnia, The Black Stallion. In fact, even though I'm over 40, my favourite book is The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. It is THE BOOK that made me love reading - it took me somewhere else.
I read everything - from... more »

as with all anthologies, some stories were much better than others.

My favourite book in the series so far. Ice is a really good character - a good man with a lot of depth.

This was my favourite in this series so far. It had a lot of humour in it as well as some hot scenes.

I really loved this book. A friend loaned it to me and I had put off reading it for awhile and now wonder why. Mac and her friends are good characters, really supportive of each other. Carter is amazing. I kept thinking 'I love this guy' the entire time I was reading it.
Carter is not the big tough alpha guy we usually get - he was a nerd growing up and still is a little geeky but he's sweet, funny, sexy.

I really like this first book in Shayla Black's new series. The world she is creating is really interesting - I can't wait to find out more.

I didn't think this book was a strong as the other books I've read by Megan Hart. I was surprised by the paranormal aspect of the book as well - it was unexpected. That being said, I enjoyed the book and was saddened by what happened to Nick - he was truly alone in the world.

This book was interesting and good but I had a hard time understanding Gillian. The choices she made seemed insane. Her mother had been murdered. She seemed to live to try to taunt the killer who had never been captured. The question is 'was she taunting him to draw him out in order to bring him to justice?' OR 'was she convinced she would died a violent death and was trying to draw him out to kill her?'
Either way, she continually seemed to throw herself into danger undermining all the attempts being made to protect her. She didn't seem to care if she endangered others at the same time.

Wren is my favourite of the weres. There is something different about him from the others. Whether it is that he is more vulnerable or seems so alone and in need of someone, I don't know. I really like this book.
