    dude, i really liked it. supposedly, it inspired Orwell to write 1984. and although it was written in the 20s it wasn't published in Russian until the late 80s. wild. if you like 1984 and brave new world, i definitely recommend it.

    Yes I do. Actually I have the older Oxford. The clouring seems better to me... I listed the Dover because that was all I could find. It is a great edition though. AS is their Europe and America. But any cheap Blake is good by me

    i know. i hesitate to put it up. how pretentious do i look now? anyways, i guess needn't worry about that. i will put up some reviews from here on out. maybe i'll review The Stranger as well. first let me get through 451. think i'm gonna go sit at the IHOP.

    How funny that you ran across Frenchman's Creek. I am defintely in the mood for some escapism. The Heat of the Day has been intellectually fatiguing :) I may read Jamaica Inn before Frenchman's Creek though. I hope Daphne du Maurier is enjoyable -- I read Rebecca when I was very young, but I can't remember my impression. Glad to hear the big D is coming along okay. Talk to you soon.
