    I work with 14 year olds at my school. But, they are in the 8th grade, so you must be ahead in school. A lot of my students are writers, and I am so happy to hear of young people wanting to write. I wish you the best of luck.

    Hi,

    Try to take a creative writing class at a local college or where one might be offered. Next month I'm teaching one for the exact same reason you say, "I don't know where to begin." A class will really help, but it's good that you write down your ideas, because believe it or not, you will forget them. Beginnings of stories are always hard.
