I'm an artist. I paint, draw, and take photos. I'm addicted to MySpace (I know it's cheesy, but I can't help it) and Jyte.com. I've also become a blogger, it's not something I spend a lot of time at, but enjoy it occassionally. I love to have friends over for drinks and good food - especially barbequing. My husband and I started a vegetable garden this spring and I'm very excited to see what will come of it. So far so good!

I love to read, but seldom find/make time to do so and the time I do get is usually in bed, trying to fall asleep so it takes a while to finish a book. I find it hard to stay interested in books sometimes. For me, books have to keep moving and keep me on the edge of my seat. I've rarely made it through slow moving books. I've read (or started to) everything on my shelf but don't necessarily own them. I'm a book borrower... I love thrillers, not a big horror fan, and romance - yuck! You won't see me reading sappy stuff - with the exception of Bridget Jones, which was more funny than sappy.

Anyway, once I find an author I enjoy, I like to try and read all their books. I'd love suggestions. I'm always looking for new adventures. « less
