I'm a university student studying politics & government and minoring in journalism. I am very interested in different countries and cultures of the world and I love to travel. Most of the books I read these days are nonfiction - one of my professors warned early on that academic life would leave little time for fiction. I do try my best to take the time, though - sometimes good fiction tells a lot more about people and the world than any history or scientific book can. I love Russian authors (both classics and modern) and French classics, also Indian and Japanese writers. I am not too fond of English literature. « less
