This picture is very old. This Shelfari program doesn't work well with my camera because the camera takes such indepth pictues the pixels overwhelm
this program and I am unable to put current pictures on. I am going to take a picture with a camera phone and see if that will work instead.
We are holding bows and arrows. Hunting weapons. I don't kill animals with it. I use it for sport and shoot at targets (big heavy white bags with circles on them).
It is one thing that I do with my husband that is "bonding" for us. LOL
My son is great! He's so active and constantly gets hurt because he doesn't think about things before he does them. He is so smart, though, too. He
analyzes everything and figures out how to take things apart and put them together and he watches EVERYTHING and then tries to replicate what he sees.
Evelyn loves him and he adores her. It's fun to watch them play together...and once in a while it is even entertaining when they argue (cuz even that can be cute at times). :)
I am so glad to hear from you. I am glad to know that you are doing well and that you are possibly pursuing a masters in Human Resources Management.
If you don't mind my asking, what type of career opportunities open up to you when you have a Masters in Human Resources Management?
What would your "dream job" be?
How is the weather where you are? We have PLENTY of snow! It was really windy yesterday and part of today. When the wind picks up too much it makes it
hard to travel because it is hard to see the roads.
Easter is coming up. We will celebrate Jesus' suffering, death, and resurrection at the end of this month. In kid world, we will be celebrating the Easter Bunny coming and leaving candy for the kids.
My favorite Sunday is Palm Sunday, where the kids carry and wave palm branches into the church and lay them at the foot of a wooden cross. It's celebration that Jesus is coming. I just love the uplifting songs, such as: "Hosannah In the Highest" and "Hosannah, Blessed is He Who Comes In The Name of The Lord" (okay, so I am not completely sure what the title of that is, but I really like the songs). LOL
Tell me, do you celebrate Easter in India? If so, how?
Take care, good friend. I am so glad you are doing well.
It is GREAT to hear from you. I was wondering what you have been up to.
Things are the same as always, here. I am blessed to not have anything too major
happen in my life...the positive way to look at it.
I spent two weeks at my parents' house and got to see my sister and her kids.
It was so good to be with family! I am also glad to get to come home, too.
I work with kids that would LOVE if I were on Facebook, which makes me know,
even more, that I absolutely cannot be on Facebook. I feel like I am a public figure
enough in my job that I do not need my students in my private/personal time, too.
Not that I don't like them, actually quite opposite, they are great to be around, but
I feel that I have the right to some privacy. I am sorry to disappoint you.
I can't wait to hear from you and learn what you have been up to.
Please continue to take care and I look forward to hearing from you.
Miss you, too,
That is good to know about you Jitesh.
Well about me, I work as a Project Manager for TATA Consultancy Services, India and have served in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and now deputed in Hapeville GA, US.
More on the other talks, you could drop a mail at email@example.com.
Be in Touch.
It is my pleasure to meet you.
As you rightly said the book speaks of attractions of life. A nice book indeed.
What do you work as? And where are you from?
Good to know that you read Leadership Books and Spiritual Magazines? Who is your leadership Mentor? What book do you read now?
What in Spirituality do you read?
I am intersted to know those.
Stay in touch.
Good morning to you!! At least, it is here.
I am fine and trust you are the same.
Thank you for your kind wishes.
What is the festival of lights? It sounds like a celebration.
I agree with what you say about what we put into our minds; especially at these times. For me escaping from reality is at times quite a treat. But then, that is also why I have 8 cats!! I enjoy their reality a lot!! :)
Wow...pretty impressive reading!!
I am more of a mystery/murder/thriller type reader. Although my son encouraged me to read Jim Butcher, so I guess I can add paranormal to the list...I like Harlan Coben and Jeffrey Deaver the best probably; but several authors in that group. I am currently reading Karen Rose, an author recommended by Fiona. So far not bad; but maybe a bit too much romance....
I was worried about you, too.
I had sent you a message a couple of weeks ago, but hadn't heard back.
I hoped you were doing well.
Yes, I am doing okay and so is my family.
I have been spending a lot of time with our new church.
I have become a part of the UMW--United Methodist Women group.
We do a lot of charity type work.
I have been making a sleep mat that will get sent to a place where kids don't have beds.
I have made food for "shut in" people--people that do not leave their houses.
It's been keeping me busy and content in my soul to know that I have helped someone.
I enjoy my new job...in a sense. It is keeping me really busy, but I miss my former students terrribly.
I also miss a lot of my co-workers, too. BUT, my new students are great and my new co-workers are wonderful.
I wish I could have all people, that are dear to me, near me at all times. :)
How do you like your new job? How is your family doing?
It's good to hear from you.
