I too really enjoyed the Douglas Women. It was so enlightening that I even watched the Frederick Douglas house tour on booktv and did more reading on his life. Your book of fiction opened a door to something many of us didn't know that he indeed had a white wife, and I have been shocked that many didn't know. Thanks for the enlightenment.
