I love, Love, LOVE reading, and some favorite genres are paranormal romance, urban fantasy, young adult fiction (yes, even though I'm in my 30's), time travel romance, historical romance (expecially medieval and regency eras), & travel memoirs. Some favorite authors, past & present, include C.S. Lewis, Jane Austen, J.R.R. Tolkien, J.K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Charlaine Harris, Allie MacKay, Bill Bryson, Katie MacAlister, Lynsay Sands, and Frances Mayes. I believe The Catcher In The Rye by J.D. Salinger is one of the most over-rated books of all time, and the Winnie-the-Pooh books by A.A. Milne and The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis are the literary equivalent of chicken soup when you are feeling under the weather. I have a degree in Psychology, but am current working as an insurance agent. When I am not working or reading, I can be found hiking, tubing the rivers in the Texas Hill Country, playing disc golf (poorly) and looking for my next adventure alongside my extended family. I also love music (most genres), especially live concerts, & movies, watch way too much TV, and am trying to teach myself guitar, although not successfully.
