I am married to a brilliant artist and together we have an exceptionally sweet, kind-natured, four-year-old son. When he reaches school-age, we plan to homeschool via a cyber charter school, but right now we are home preschooling using an eclectic approach.

I hold a Secondary English Education degree AND an unused (very expensive) M.Ed. in Teaching and Curriculum. Rather than teaching in a public school, I am a full-time, stay-at-home mom and plan to homeschool. HA! Fancy that?

I love to read (and write), but home preschooling, etc. keeps me busy. My husband and I used to be Barnes & Noble junkies, but now we tend to utilize the public library (to save money!!) I have two completed manuscripts on my hard drive--fiction--and three unfinished ones--one day perhaps I will again approach some agents. Until that time, I'm quite happy being a mom. « less
