I love to read, but it takes me a long time to get through a book so my reading list always gets ahead of me!

Books already on my physical shelf are listed under "I plan to read," while books I'm interested in but don't own are listed under "wish list."

I'm reading Half Broke Horses by Jeannette Walls right now. She wrote The Glass Castle - did you read that? It's a memoir. Anyways both of the books are good - I think you would like them. I read a non-fiction recently that was like reading a novel, The Immortal LIfe of Henrietta Lacks. It was excellent, covering issues about medical ethics and racism. Sounds like it would be too dry, but I couldn't put it down.

I haven't updated in a long time. Right now I am slogging through How to Get Your Kids to Eat, But Not Too Much (super exciting, I know). I just finished A Hunger for God by Piper and Grace Based Parenting by Tim Kimmel (both of which were really good), I loved The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (if you're looking for fun fiction) and I just got Born To Run by Christopher McDougall from the library. Also, I'm re-re-re-reading Harry Potter, because that's what I do when it's gray outside. :)

Justin won the coin toss for who got to read it first. I'm excited that it's my turn now!

Hey, I have a book that I've been meaning to loan you. "All is Vanity", it's on my bookshelf if you want to read more about it. It's about two friends, one of whom is an aspiring writer who basically rips off her friends life and puts it in her novel.
