Spectacular! I bought this book as a gift for a special friend's special birthday, used, and read it through before the special occasion. I have had Gay & Kathlyn Hendricks books on my shelf, for 15 years, yet never slowed down to read them. In fact I watched the short movie of this true story, on Spiritual Cinema. The book offers the reader a simple recipe to significantly upgrade your life to meet all your deepest goals and desires before you croak! I sat and answered the 5 questions before dropping off to sleep, last night, and printed the worksheets out, at the accompanying website www.5wishesbook.com. I look forward to filling in all the finer details to living the life I am here to create! I am excited as a Transformational hypnotherapist, to be able to share this book with friends, family, and clients alike. I highly recommend this book, all books by the Hendricks, and all the supportive websites offered. Namaste!

I read this book, a long while back, yet it still leaves a sour taste. I love biographies, and learning what makes us who we are, on the journey of life. I did read the whole book. Yet what I recall most, is the bitterness, blame, rage and resentment, that burned through her stories. She told a story of bitter neglect, blaming her famous Mom for her misery, and it only made me doubt how much of her tale was truth, and how much, was unresolved, raging, festering, wounded projection of emotions, outward.

I would have rather read a her life story, after some processing, and balancing in therapy. I recall her projecting her own "racial tensions," in some way on the musical group UB40, as if to say all white people only like UB40, in place of more pure black music. Now I avoid playing UB40, which I used to enjoy, amongst many other bands, as it reminds be of the bitter filters through which she spewed her pain onto the rest of us.

What I know of Rebecca's Mother, Alice Walker, is a deeply feeling artist, who feels both the pain and joys of self, and humanity. Rebecca's book & life story lacked the depth, humanity, awareness and experience of such a transpersonal perspective. I am glad I read it, yet I file her autobiography, down there, with the tragic story of Tatum O'Neal, and the other worst autobiography I ever read, Natalie Goldberg's "The Great Failure."

When tragedy does not feature a transcendent quality, it's simply a downer. If you are not fond of kvetching, don't favor whiney friends and family, and don't long to double as therapist, while reading, then save yourself a drag of a ride, that may be hard to erase, years into the future!

I hope that the author has grown since writing this, and finds her-"Self Shifting," into empowerment & grace.

I loved this book, and every bit of paradigm busting truth, and insight on his website, as well. I was guided to this amazing, miracle revealing book, at the Crossings, in Austin, in their community library. I noted it down, and later ordered it. Again, it sat for a year or so, until something sparked me to pick it up and read it. After opening up Dr. Pearl's story, and reading the miraculous testimonials, on his website, I wondered why anyone would give it less than a 5 star review. Then I realized, reading the reviews, that it is very paradigm specific. It appealed to me greatly, because I too, am more comfortable with a miraculous experience, birthed from within, with deep soul knowing, with aligning with SOURCE, guides, angels and power beyond what we've been taught to see. He debunks many myths, about self protection, and what he reveals as the superstitions of healing and the new age, in place of full surrender. I love this. If Love is all there is, there is nothing to protect separate egos from! Genius. I offer up my 5 star rating, and imagine anyone could only be uplifted and blown open by the high vibrational unfolding of this wayshower's life, gifts, message, vibration and story. We all have this potential. I would gift one copy to every human being on Earth, if possible, and trust that even those who cannot read the language would be shifted, in proximity, to these truths! Bring it on! We're here!

  • Letter to Earth: Who We Are Becoming - What We Need to Know
    • Rated 5 stars

I love this experience! The book caught my attention, and then got lost upon my shelf, and again found, recently, & relished fully. I read this book, after reading "Oneness" by Rasha, which was a true feast for my soul.

"Letter to Earth" reads like it is revealing truth from within my deepest most unified SOURCE Self. It speaks to the heart and soul of the reader in a way that is honoring of one's most multi dimensional knowing. I found my life under some construction, while reading it. I had opted out of life as I knew it, moving into the next new, intentional vibrations. "Letter to Earth" brought in some very infinite energies and insights, in a natural, easy way. This book is different. It broadens the journey, and helps alleviate all that no longer serves, on the way. Thank you Elia Wise. You keep my curiosity peeked and renewed about who we really are, and why we agreed to lead this journey!

After watching how infinitely moved Oprah is by Elie Wiesel, and her interview of him, on her anniversary DVD set, I opened the book up to learn what the first few sentences had to say. Needless to say I could not put it down, until devouring every word. Many aspects of this witnessing amaze me. Towards the end, I realized that while he is expressing the experience from age 15 to 16, I kept loosing sight of that aspect, as what he was living, was so raw, and beyond what one associates with childhood. Unlike Anne Frank, who focused more on realities of youth, in her diary, Wiesel, seemed forced beyond youth, due to the extreme circumstances he lived on the front lines of. I guess the other realities he expresses so vividly, include both the depth of feeling, simultaneous numbing, and true humanity, he retains, throughout. He portrays well the reality, that so many of the real feelings and realizations, of the prisoners, dropped below the surface, indefinitely, sometimes only reaching the surface, at the ordeal's end. My other fascination, is that in some ways, he does not exhibit much rage, through the ordeal. It seems, that the enemy soldiers have monopolized rage, and rendered it so repulsive, as to hold no appeal to him. At the same time, you see how much of our ordinary concerns and focuses, fade into the background, as moment to moment, survival is the only priority possible.

While I am Jewish, I identify with all cultures and religions. I feel that this witnessing is a gift to humanity, that awakens the light of knowing we can survive, and thrive, and direct our unique gifts in service of humanity, throughout any and all challenges, on this Earthly Journey and beyond! The gift Elie Wiesel brings us, is the gift I bestow back on him, the gift of gratitude for life, and our power as souls to endure and add beauty, in the face of all obstacles and inspirations.

  • Between Death & Life
    • Rated 5 stars

I loved this book... wore out a whole set of generic highlighter pens here! This book pulls on Dolores Cannon's 30-40 years of pioneering in Part Life Regression. Read along, as Dolores' Explorers tour you through the various levels beyond Earth life, meet Guardian Angels, learn about soul planning meetings, life reviews, life beyond suicide, the general council, real past lives, "imprints" ghosts, debunking the devil, and the return trip. The biggest challenge is putting the book down, between chapters! I have recently trained with Dolores Cannon, and no one knows more about our soul's tour of duty, here & beyond than Dolores. Fabulous soul food for thought, and upliftment. Thank you, as always, Dolores Cannon & Friends... Read this book and order all her other offerings! Learn the difference between spirit guides and universal councils... the multiverse never runs out of equal opportunity job offerings... I am still smiling!

  • We The Angels

Praised to Howard Reed & the Cosmic Team who bring this information through. This book really shifted my "Aha's" to a new level. "WE THE ANGELS" explores our celestial origins, in a new way, unlike anything I had been exposed to before. Howard cracks the code open on the origins of the vein and jealous gods of our forefathers, as well as our angelic roots. I will come back to reread this cosmic encyclopedia again and again, as it's truths drop so deep, my piddly little conscious mind is at a loss to recover all the specific treasures within it's cover. Yet it's all soaked back into the core of me. One of those highlight every word, stellar reads! A must for all STARSEED! This is a bookto share with all the LIGHTBRINGERS! A perfect angel stocking stuffer, all year round. Give, receive and share the cosmic news: "WE ARE THE ANGELS!"

  • Oneness
    • Rated 5 stars

If it is true that our Earth Bound Self is only 1% of our SOURCE Self, than reading "Oneness" feels like experiencing direct guidance from the full 100% of who we truly are! This book... transmission... cosmic embrace is a LIVING EXPRESSION, and so it is funny, that while the book is expressed through words, it feels like so much more than this... and the experience of receiving it's guidance... downloads... embrace... & expansion blasts me into the "theta state" so far from ordinary perceptions & logic, that it takes some odd effort to come back down and translate the journey & beloved friendship encoded in this experience back down into Earthly words. This book is a deeply inspiring, transformational support, guide and beloved ascension friend! For those who love Barbara Marciniak, you will drop right into home SOURCE, receiving "ONENESS" channeled by Rasha. Thank you ONENESS, for reminding us of who we truly are, and why we are here at this magnificent transformational party! We love ONENESS! Love and Joyous Thanks!

  • The Great Failure
    • Rated 1 stars

I found this book to be quite an excruciating read. The essence of it, is forecast it its title, at least the first three words. I never saw the fruition of "truth" reached. The whole time I was reading the newly published book, by the guru of writing, all I could think was, "all that meditation and therapy, and she is still miserable, while we pay the price, investing time and money in her unresolved suffering, resentment, and incessant complaining. The book traces the author's history of disappointment, resentment and disillusionment with two male figures, whom she propped up on a pedestal, and then proceeded to attack and use as a sad excuse to fester and wallow, like a living wound. I kept wondering, "if she's so creative, and so successful, then why is she hoisting her deepest unresolved pain and suffering, her heaviest emotional baggage onto her adoring fan base, instead of finding, and investing in the kind of powerful therapy, that a best selling author and pioneer in the field of writing and art could afford?" If Buddhism is all about ending suffering, this book is indeed "The Great Failure." I might entitle it, "The Great Failure: How to Write a Truly Unenjoyable, Uninspiring Book." Not only did the book read as bad therapy baggage, couched in a book, but after the torturous read, it still felt to me, like she was the last one to get the lessons, she was writing to disseminate! Natalie's portrayal of her story, seemed to imply that she feels a lingering sense of misery, because her father and her guru, did not live up to her personal expectations, of how she would choose to live. I would still give another of her books a chance, as it seems I stumbled on the worst one of all. Yet it just might be, that at heart I am a Julia Cameron girl! Either way I celebrate the full spectrum of this writer's guru, to write the most beloved "how to" book on writing, and accidentally, my least beloved book, on "how not to write a real downer of a personal baggage spewing memoir." Better than buying and reading this book, you may want to send the author your $10.17 directly, to put in her transformational healing & therapy fund.
