You sound super organized! I am slowly getting my books added on, but I haven't really started organizing them. Most I don't even have tagged, though I do have them all rated, but not reviewed or have descriptions written. But eventually I will. I spend so much time online posting, checking or writing emails, and other stuff. I just haven't taken the time to do the organizing.

When I saw your question in the discussion group, I knew I had read that story, but I couldn't remember which book it was or which author, either. I went and started going through my book shelves for it. I couldn't find it, so I started researching online like you did. I tried a bunch of different author searches and couldn't figure it out, so I went through my books, again. If you knew how many bookshelves full of books that I have, you would know what a colossal undertaking that was! :-D It started driving me crazy, also, just kept nagging at me, because I knew that I had had that book. I went to Amazon.com and started punching in the names of several authors that I thought it might be and eventually I saw the book after punching in Brenda Novak's name. After I found it, I remembered that I had loaned those 3 to a friend to read. I am so glad that I found it, because by then it had become a crusade for me! LOL! It was like having a piece of knowledge or a word right on the tip of your tongue and not being able to come up with it. I really need to catalog my books, with a brief description of them by author, so searches would be easier, but that would be a major endeavor. I don't know if I am up to that. Might cut into my reading time! LOL!

Hi JennyAnne! I just saw your description of a book that you didn't know the name of in the group Suspense and Thrillers. The book title is "Dead Silence" by Brenda Novak, and it is the 1st book in the Stillwater Trilogy. The 2nd is "Dead Giveaway", and the 3rd is "Dead Right". I receive 3 books a month from a Reader's Service and I received these three, one at a time for 3 months, from them a while back. They were very good. Hope that helps you. :-)

I stay too busy so it's difficult to come often… but this is a great place to find new and exciting books and of course EXCITING PEOPLE LIKE YOU. Don't you think that books and its and readers are alike!!? Again Welcome!! Did you see anything at all that you were interested in or just pass? I picked up a few more books from the library today.
