I am a sometime writer - my latest book is a Zeitgeist Press reissue of The Laziest Secretary In The World, with illustrations by Beppi. Before that was Good Advice for Young Trendy People of all Ages (Manic D Press), which I wrote part of and edited with the help of Alvin Orloff, author of I Married an Earthling and Gutter Boys. My other books... more »

    Hey there Jenn...

I know I haven"t the best of Shelfari 'FRIENDS". But I hope you are well versed in your reading base. I must admit I have not read your musings, but I am sure to be a good candidate in giving you a true review in my opinion... Which I believe, is very open-mined and not obscured in any way. I love many types of readings, love to read all types. I look forward to your next application of stories... Let me know when you have something "In The Fire"... I too want to be a "Rock-star" (wordsmith) I just don't know where to start...

    Cheerio.

In that picture you look to be saying "Why ____ you nasty prick..." in a funny way, not evil. I thought about you and Adverse Easement the other afternoon.

Then it was as if I suddenly saw the secret beauty of their hearts,
the depths where neither sin nor desire can reach,
the person that each one is in God's eyes.
If only they could see themselves as they really are.
If only we could see each other that way,
there would be no reason for war, for hatred, for cruelty ...
I suppose the big problem would be that
we would fall down and worship each other.

Like the name... Slightly kinky and exciting while getting the job done all at once. As I say in my profile.... Writer's are my "rock-stars." I guess that makes you "Blondie!"

Hey Jennifer, how ya doing? I liked looking at your shelf. I like showing off books that I have and I don't know why. Probably for attention. Attention for my books.

I was wondering how it's going in NYC (I think that's where u are now), and having fond memories of late night crazy talk!

Oh yeah, is there anything that people do on this site? I joined a couple groups that don't talk about anything. It's cool to look at your friends' books and stuff.

    write back
    Peace out sister!

Jenifer--I last read this catalogue on a German writer, Neo Rauch so I put it on my shelf, not thinking anybody at all would know about it, but whatdoyouknow, there were others out there, and more books about him. Thanks, Minnette

Hi Blowdryer. What a good idea! At least so far, so good. Always interested to hear your latest projects. Look forward to reading/seeing them. I just wrote the foreward to Crossdressing: Erotic Stories, edited Rachel Kramer Bussel, organizer of "In The Flesh" reading series and a cupcake maven. I've also just finished "The Sex Wars" by Marge Piercy, an historical novel with main characters: Victoria Woodhull, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Anthony Costock...I'm just starting Audacia Ray's Naked On The Internet, which will probably take a while because it's a rea learning experience and fascinating. Almost done with "She's Not the Man I Married" by Helen Boyd. For some reason, I stopped right at the end which is all the sexy bits. Anyway, I'm now experiencing my won sexual rebirth, Hallelujah, so may not have as much time to read...Ah, but reading feels so good. I could say, the deeper the better...But then there's the National Enquirer...Love and kisses Miss VV.
