Hi, Jenny! How are things in Charleston? I see you like Karin Slaughter and Nancy Taylor Rosenberg. It's been a while since I've read a Rosenberg novel. The first one was good, if my memory serves me correctly. And I've never read Slaughter. Where should I start? What do you recommend?

Ok, you've got me interested. I see In the Sanctuary of Outcasts on your shelf and it looks really good. I'm going to have to read that one. Thanks, Jenny!

I don't see myself switching to a Kindle or Nook anytime in the near future. I feel like I have a history with the books I've read over the years. I like turning pages and seeing the covers of the books I've read. It's like taking a little trip back in time.

Thanks for the note. Though I love all of her journals, this was the best, perhaps b/c it was the first I read. If you like poetry, I would also suggest reading some of hers. She is one of my favorite poets, and sees things from a particularly passionate and clear place.
