    Hi Heather! What are you planning on going back to school for besides education? I know where I attend school you normally major in something like earth science teaching or math teaching (sorry, I'm not sure how it works for the English/History side of the equation). I am not in school to be a teacher but if you have general questions about returning to school, I can help. I went back when I was 26 and I'll graduate next summer (finally!).

    No Worries! Happy new year but late, better late than never though, how was your christmas break?
    I've got very mixed feelings too as i'm such a huge fan of rochester i've brought it but because of my mixed feelings i'm nut sure whether i'll read/enjoy it!

    Have you ever heard of a book called 'Wide Sargasso Sea' (its on my shelf under wishlist) it tells the story of Rochesters mad wife, maybe one to check out! I'm having trouble finding it though.

    Haha I know how you feel my to be read pile is getting way too long and I keep buying books, some times without even reading the blurb. No matter how many books ive got on my TBR pile I always seem to get in a slump though =/ if you've got any recommendations i'd love to hear them.

    OMG! its so rare to find someone else who says Jane Eyre is their all time favorite! and i totaly agree it IS the greatest love story ever written!! I wore my paper back copy out because i've had it since 2004 so for my 18th (Last november) my work colleagues got me a beautiful hardback version of Jane Eyre and wrote a little note inside for me, i hardly ever read that copy though as its so special to me =)
    From what you've read what do you think of Wuthering Heights so far, i didnt really enjoy it i thought it was such an obusive relationship and couldnt see how it could be called a love story, in my opinion what they had was not love.
    If you like the Bronte Sisters i'd recommend Anne Bronte's Tenant at Wildfell Hall I Havent read it yet but what i have read i've loved she has a different style to Charlotte or Emily but her writting is just as good!

    Toby Stephens, yeah I think he's made the best Rochester so far. I have that movie version on DVD and watch it all the time! Have you read the book?
