Sorry, I won't make it camping either. It's just too much this year for us to get away. I have to work on Monday and Tuesday, which means I couldn't leave until Wednesday. Then I would drive 15 hours, and leave the next day, possibly staying until Friday. Even that would be tough. It's just not in the budget. Sorry we'll miss you guys over the summer. Probably the next time we'll see you is after the baby is born.

As for the book, I'm glad you liked it. We'll maybe need to swap some time. You can send me that one, and I'll send you your Dekker books back!

The camp in Indiana is the one I'm talking about...you know, the IFBC camp. I thought that was what you asked me about.

I'm going to a conference for the EMC, which is the denomination of the church I'm in right now. It's required of all pastors, so I'm off to add a new state to my list of visited states!

The book sounds really interesting. Have you finished it now?

I would like to look at it. I glanced at it here on Shelfari, but no one said anything about it. Only about 13 had it on their shelves...and that included you!

No, I'm not going to camp. Sorry, but I have a conference in Texas that same week that I have to go to. I will miss seeing all of you, but hopefully will see you soon. You could come see me before...it's only about 6 more hours!

I did enjoy the Potter books. I originally started to read them because I wanted to know what all the negative hype was about. I found them enjoyable myself, and read them all. Thankfully for me, I didn't start reading them until the sixth one was out, and the seventh one came out right about the time I was ready to read it.

Okay, I added a few more, though I have to tell you that I barely touched my Trek, and certainly could have added more Star Wars. Oh well, it was a good start...

I didn't know this was a contest. I haven't put any Star Wars or Trek books, which would probably be another fifty. I haven't put any Lamour books, which would be another twenty five. I didn't put the Harry Potter books, which would be another seven. And I don't have any books on my wish list. So if this was a contest, I would win!

I enjoyed Skin, though probably not as much as some of his other books. I'm not sure why, but it just didn't capture me as much as the others. I did enjoy it though. He's a good writer.
