I am a Zumba fitness instructor (sub for Cardio Salsa) which is one of the most popular classes at our gym. I've gone down a size in just over a month of doing this class and salsa dancing on my own-it is so much fun. Currently working on ACE and AFAA Group Exercise Instructor Certificate and ACE Personal Training Certificate.

I'm in the Seattle area and also spend four weeks a year at a beach house on the Oregon coast. Retired at a very young age...and have the ability to read to my heart's content. Life is good--just need a nice hammock in the backyard.

Yes, I collect cookbooks. Pick them up during travels, pick them up when the pictures look interesting. Great way to remember an Inn or outstanding restaurant you've been to. « less
