    Hey Jas, I haven't even started it yet, I think I'll finish the Twilight books first. I got obsessed with reading "The bloody chamber" by Angela Carter... it is wonderful, short stories, creepy feel to them. She takes myth/superstition and makes a short story that sounds like a few well know fairy tales, gives me shivers, and the writing style takes my breath away... published in 1979. You should library-it. BTW Cute new pic :)

    Heya Jas! Hah, you know that site is awesome! The bookstore is actually part of it as of a couple of weeks ago, we love it. Check out the spiffy website- www.figgardenbookstore.com it is finally coming together a bit! (a tiny bit!) And YES we should defitely get together again, Chris and I are thinking of putting together a small party-ish thing, at our new place's pool. You should come, I'll let you know when (and if) that happens. Ciao!

    Hah ha, you guessed it! I've been a hermit since started these books- they are depriving me of a social life to say the least. I'm sorry I forgot to reply to your last note, I was moving apartments, but I'm settled in now. We MUST watch the movie in December. I hope it compares to the book, from the looks of the trailer it looks pretty damn good. These books are addicting, my god. Tell me, are you all for Edward or have you a soft spot for Jacob? Hah hah, that seems to be the only debate I can find online about it! ;)

    I've never read the other books you mentioned, nor any books from Sherman Alexie. I've fallen behind in my reading the last few months, but the surge is coming on again. I should get a list of your favs and start checking those out, you have some good ones up your sleeve!

    Well the sociology teacher is Bernard Navarro. He's great so far. It is my favorite class.

    Harry Potter sucks because I cannot put it down, I should have never started =p
