I disagree with Anthony. It's not that the newness of what Coelho says in this book that is fascinating. It's how it is presented. The fable is well told, and lessons seamlessly seeded into the pages.

A lot of people don't enjoy the work they do. Worse still, a lot of departments or companies find themselves in a collective loathing for what they do. This book addresses this issue in a very innovative and exciting way. A must read for anyone who has ever found themselves wondering how to motivate a team, how to find joy in their work or how to simlpy face another day at the office...

We grow up thinking we know about money. We buy the biggest houses we can buy and the flashiest cars that we can squeeze out of from borrowed money. Kiyosaki challenges these and other traditional ways of dealing with money. This book will reolutionise your thinking about your dollars and cents.

A short and simply written but very deep and insightful look at five crucial leadership areas. I highly recommend it for not just CEOs, but for parents, teachers and mentors- and anyone aspiring to be one of these.
