Your cat looks so predatorial. I love it. Had so little time for reading or emailing again recently :-( xxx

Thanks very much.
Thank you chick. Finally gotten around to signing up ;-) Xxx
I definitely agree with you on that. I follow several series with the same formula. The are great to read after a heavy book or after a really bad day. Janet E always makes me laugh.
You don't have to read them in order each book has it's own story line the only thing that could get confusing would be Stephine's relationships with Joe and Ranger. I have a hard time not reading any series in order. I haven't read any of her other series are they any good?
The Stephine Plum books are great. They will keep you laughing. I love to read mysteries, actually I just love to read about anything.
Hi, no problem; thanks for following back. I'm just finishing writing a science fiction novel at the moment. I also write scientific papers as well. Are you a writer too?

You're welcome! That's my favorite part of shelfari, is suggesting books for other people! You didn't skip straight from first to last did you?? haha. And yes, i definitely agree with the escapism bit. =)
you're welcome :) i really don't make it a habit to flesh out replies to 'should i read this?' questions, but the number of people asking about that book/series was quite overwhelming, so... there ya go :)
anywho, hope it doesn't sour you on the genre. looking back on it, i suppose i consider it camp reading (kinda good to enjoy precisely because it was bad...or something like it lol).
cheers!
I salute you. I could only stomach the first two books. I quit on the third. And BELIEVE ME, it takes a lot for me to not finish a book. Perhaps if i were a dumb 15 y/o girl...
