Love my husband, my 8 year old daughter. Retired Air Force, still work for the gov't. I love my life. Winning the lottery would be sweet. Could then afford the house with the library and sewing room and swimming pool and personal trainer who would make get out to the pool and the gym.

Thanks for that info. I don't think Patterson is that great. Does she get gruesome too. I don't mind. Or is she psychological suspense.

I was just curious if you had received the bookmark I sent for the Bookmark exchange. Since you're a whole 80 miles away from me, I assume it got there quickly.

If you like Koontz, Cussler, Crichton, Flynn...you might like Catch.

I believe I gave "Missing Ink" 3 or 3.5 stars. It was pretty good. I don't plan on reading the others in the series unless they jump out at me at the bookstore.:))

Hi IYamVixenBooks. I'm new on Shelfari. I found you because you have some of the same books on your shelf as I do. If you're interested in suspense novels, you may like my book "White Lies" which will be released by Oceanview Publishing later in the year. Cheers!

I have just started the Pepper Martin series and so far (only into the 1st book) I am loving it. Pace and plot is really intriguing and I love Pepper more than I thought I would. I feel like she has flaws but they don't grate on me endlessly and because she's flawed there's room for growth.

People are talking about the problem on the administrator's groups. I've only select discussions or groups slated for notification and am receiving zip from them for the last three days. I'm apparently not the only one with the problem either. Thanks for replying.

Thanks for accepting my friend request. You seem like an interesting person, so feel free to tell me more about yourself. I, myself, am a singer/songwriter/actor who has recently turned author. My 2 top ten recordings were CONCRETE & CLAY (as a singer) and NAVY BLUE (as a writer)...both in the early 1960's. My first novel is an unusual murder mystery entitled: FORBIDDEN STEPS.

Regards, and have a great day, Ed
