My recent new found love is meditation.... it calms and relaxes my inner being. I also love to sit alone and read a good book. I love hanging with my friends, listening to music and telling silly jokes. I'm going to college to be an American Sign Language Interpreter and can't wait till I'm done. ASL is something that means a lot to me. To... more »

I really love this dictionary because it has over 4,500 signs and they are up to date! I'm majoring in Sign Language in college and this dictionary helps a lot!

I liked this first book very much. It had everything you could want in a vampire novel; steamy passion, suspense, and most of all a happy ending! Can't wait to read the next book.

If you want a romantic, steamy, but classy read, this is the novel to pick up. It had me hooked from start to finish.

I applaud Sebold for having the courage to write this memoir. That anyone can talk about such horror at all is amazing, but Alice really allows readers inside her head, hiding nothing from them. From the moment I started reading _Lucky_ I could feel the emotions pulling me in every direction throughout the pages. I highly recommend it for those that have survived, are trying to, or those who want to understand. Definitely a favorite!

I used to love sitting in a circle and hearing this book when I was little. I think it's a great book to learn from and I would highly recommend it for teachers.

Lewis Carol is such a wonderful storyteller, full creative lots and lots of imagination. Challenges come into play for Alice to deal with. She takes a journey through a land unknown and meets interesting characters.

I enjoyed this book very much. And still to this day read it over and over. Mark Twain tells the story of a teenage boy who is floating on a raft down the Mississippi River with an escaped slave, Jim. Through their journey, they come upon danger, adventure and sometimes witty characters.

When I was in the fourth grade, my teacher would read out of this particular book everyday. It's a collection of poetry and whimsical words.
    My favorite is :
"The saddest thing I ever did see
Was a woodpecker peckin' at a plastic tree.
He looks at me, and 'Friend,' says he,
'Things ain't as sweet as they used to be.'"

I enjoyed this book very much. It teaches you to be thankful and appreciate those who try to show you love. It also teaches us not to be greedy over money and that love will always win in the end. This story is about an old resentful and bitter guy named Scrooge. He is visited by three ghosts over three nights, and is changed by what they show him. He turns his life in a different direction. A great story told around the world.
