I'm 19 years old and I love to read. I've been an avid reader since I was 16 when I finally found my perfect genre in romance. How many 19 year olds can say that?
My favorite color is lime green.
I drive a blue convertible Mustang and I love it!

I just graduated high school, Class of 2012!!! I'm currently in my sophomore year... more »

Maybe 3-5 books a week, depending on how busy I am. My goal this year is to read 300. I've read 111 so far. I have a few weeks of vacation, so I should be able to catch up. (I hope)

Well, I've been told to "keep reading" and it will all make sense eventually, so I'm guessing that might mean all is not as it seems, but still, once a book has annoyed me that much I find it really hard to carry on. Also, I believe something bad happens to Simon in future books, which is another thing that would have made me mad because I liked his character, probably more than Jace's. *sigh* I feel like my to-be-read list is far too long for me to waste my valuable reading time on books that make me want to chuck them across the room....

    Don't mind at all:)

Okay, I don't know how far into it you got before you stopped reading (and I'm assuming you don't intend to finish the book as this is a major spoiler I'm about to spill) but basically Jace and Clairy had become close, there had been kissing and declarations of strong romantic feelings, and then.....we find out he's her brother! The one we thought had died. And if that's not bad enough, they're clearly still having to fight the attraction they have for each other even after they know they are siblings. So...that was my "ew" bit. I really don't get why everyone raves about this book...it just weird.

    :)

Hey Paige, how are you? It's been a long time! How is your summer treating you? I like your new profile pic. So, you're going into your junior year? Awesome for you! I remember my junior year almost like yesterday (which was year 1998)... ha, ha, ha... long time ago. Anyway, I was just browsing your book shelf and forgot how much you and I have so many books in common that we like!! So, what have you been reading as of late? I am reading a book called Somewhere To Belong by Judith Miller. It's one of her newer ones... and really good so far. I have also been reading the Harry Potter series again since summer began. My middle son (Josiah) is turning 7 years old this coming Saturday. He wants to go swimming at the pool of course! So, yeah, hopefully there won't be any rain and the sun will be out. I hope all is well with you Paige!!

    Paige, hi.. :)

Long time, no talk... how have you been? My kids just had spring break and it snowed... :(
I wasn't very happy about it. So we didn't get much time to do any outside fun stuff... but tomorrow is my youngest boy's birthday, he willl be 3 yrs old. Where does the time go???

Oh... Have you read Hush, Hush by Rebecca Fitzpatrick?? Oh, such a great read!!! I'm a big fan of Patch now... hee, hee. Anyway, just thought I'd stop by and see if you are still around!!! :)

Hi Paige! It's been a while since I've talked to you! How are you? Is school going well? I can't believe that it soon will be winter again! Have you read anything good? I noticed you have Impulse up there. I'd like to read that myself.

Just finished reading The Amaranth Enchantment by Julie Berry. LOVED it! Kind of a spin-off of a Cinderella tale but to me much more entertaining. I gave it five stars and put it as a favorite! It was that good!! Now I am reading Coffeehouse Angel by Suzanne Selfors.

Lazy summers are fun... I wish I could have one of those! I haven't had one since... well, since my kids were born!!! LOL. But I remember when I was your age, I didn't have any kids around me to babysit either nor did I know anything about kids... So when I had my first kid, I was a wreck! My kids ages are 8, 6, and 2. Anyway, yea, summer went fast!

I try to read reviews on most books too but I am really horrible at writing them! lol. But yeah, I try not to read the ones with spoilers, but some people forget to warn you if they do put in spoilers! Which is really sad! But yea, summer has been really good for me. Lots of swimming and boating really. Soaking up the sun. My kids won't let any summer be boring. lol. Peace and quiet sounds like a good way to enjoy the summer... Sometimes I wish for peace and quiet here. But yea, it is noisey with the kids, but we live in and around fields, so they can be as loud as they want. I try to keep them outside so I won't go crazy though. Do you ever babysit kids? My kids are excited about going back to school though in a couple weeks.

Oh i do have a question... since i'm finished reading breaking dawn and i have nothing to read, I went to stepheniemeyer.com and looked for good books to read so i found Romeo and Juliet. But since i do not really know the plot, i'm asking for help, should i read this while waiting for the fifth book or not?
