Oh, man, I can't possibly add all my books because... well, anyway, it's going to take forever just to add the books I've got in my room... okay, just my favourite books that I've got in my room... or... whatever... uh... because... I have a lot... and I don't have room on my shelves for them... hahaha! Some of my books, I can't add because I'm missing (I know, sniff).
So, it's going to be a while. I can't find a number of my books on here (mostly my Spanish books and sociology textbooks; though I'm surprised how many I AM finding; some of the covers are different but oh well).
I love to read. I love books. (What was your first clue?) In a bookstore, but especially a second-hand bookstore, I'm like a kid in a candy shop. Unfortunately I only know one or two other people who are like this.
I prefer non-fiction but I do have a number of novels and some short stories I enjoy. In bookstores I used to head for the Social Sciences or equivalent section first, but now books on language draw me like a moth to a flame. Language (English, Spanish, general, linguistics, anything) is definitely my favourite reading topic now. Only after that do I look for sociology, religion (Christianity, apologetics, and I already have ~20 Bibles), psychology, etc. When I get more of my books on here you can see some of my favourite topics past and present.
I love to read in Spanish too (in this case I like to read aloud unlike in English); it's not my first language and I want to keep learning. It's very hard to find reading material in that language where I live now, so I pretty much grab what I can get.
