I am a voracious and eclectic reader and like most Shelfarians I have been that way since I can remember. My partner in life was my high school sweetheart and I am a mother to a wonderful son who is now attending college. I also adore my 60lb retriever/collie that thinks she s a lapdog.

I have a tendency toward run-on sentences, misspelling and a bad memory.

My main reason for joining Shelfari is I loved the idea of viewing others bookshelves because I am always looking for a good book to read. So recommended books are always welcome, just drop me a note. My own personal library has grown huge and I am very far behind in updating my shelf. I ve become a book hoarder! :( « less
