I hope you will take the time to view my YouTube book trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-t0K34iU6g. I am doing some research about potential characters to play the lead role in the upcoming movie. Hope you can help me out. As Ralph Eggleston Director/Production Designer of Pixar Animation Studios said,"I LOVED the book! It's a missing, ENDLESSLY fascinating link to the history of Hollywood. Thank you for researching and writing it!! I hope it's been widely well received, as it deserves to be." Best wishes. Gaelyn

No, history and political science are fascinating, but don't do much to rake in the big bucks, ya know? :0) I just read them for personal enrichment. What time period fascinates you most? Ancient history? American History? European? Asian? There are too many incredible books out there--you'll have to help me narrow down my recommendation!

Hey, thank you for the invite. As per horror I collect it more than I get to read it - sad huh. I have read many good ones, the new stuff that is out is on my shelf but I sit back and savor the thought of reading it for a while before I get to it. I have not read "It" yet but I liked the movie. The scarriest book I read was "Pet Sematary" by King, and I also enjoyed "Cujo", "Mysery" and "Salem's Lot". My favorite horror writer is Graham Masterton - few of his older books such as "Prey", "Pariah", "Tengu", "Picture of Evil" just to name a few were excellent. I also enjoy Patric R. Gated - his imagination is wild!

Hey! Looks like we actually have kind of a similar shelf! Right now I'm reading Phillip Pullman's "His Dark Material" series - the first one being "The Golden Compass". It's GREAT so far!! Apparently they are making a movie out of it that will be out this winter! Also, if you haven't read Neil Gaiman, start with Neverwhere. It's pretty good!! Have an awesome day!!!!

Hi, I liked your question about reading along to audiobooks :-) I never have - it would distract from the audio experience for me, but it's a great idea for ESL or kids, maybe
