    I think so, I put off reading it for so long 'cos I thought it was just a lot of hype but I'm glad I finally read it. Have changed my daughter's milk to Organic as a result (I drink soya milk myself but she doesn't like it) and will be making a few more changes too. . .

    I don't think it's for everyone, didn't think much of the use of 'colourful' language, also, I don't agree with everything they say - I don't think I'll ever become a vegan which is basically what the book is promoting.
