I didn't notice a significant interest in English lit from looking at her shelf, but it was an interesting and eclectic one.

    I found an old inscription on an ether wall that you were interested in trying some Anthony Burgess. Well, every book of his is different, he has no style as such, just jolly good writing, but if I might, I would recommend Any Old Iron and Kingdom of the Wicked. These are wildly different from each other, but both quite wonderful. Back to The Paper Men for me...

    I've read "Darkly Dreaming Dexter." (I think that was the title). It was good. I like the show better, I think Michael C Hall just brings it smack on to the character.

    I miss Dexter. I still need to watch the third season. Dexter is one of those shows that I need to watch in one full gulp otherwise the suspense kills me. Pay cable shows (that I don't subscribe) are like that.
