My first time reading this author. She really pulled me through, the type of book that the reader is invited to figure out who the killer is. 9/10 stars !!

This one was just an average Cross read for me. It has the same usual formula of short chapters but the story line just didn't hook me and pull me through. We left off with Alex and Kyle Craig in the last book but this one took a turn into other territory.

A biomedical thriller - reading this book during the threat of swine flu infections in the news was sort of interesting timing .

I did sense the who was behind the exposure but the why had to be filled in for me.
Truly a weapon of mass destruction.

I would label this one in the paranormal mysteries category.

This is the second book in a series featuring Greer Sands a psychic.
The author includes enough suspects to keep you guessing until near the end.

Author did a great job, keeping the reader interested and trying to figure out who the killer was up until it was finally revealed.

My first read by him, held my interest, but felt there were a few spots when it could have used an editor and some where the Emily's actions didn't seem like how someone who is a mom first, cop second would do. (won't give anything away)

First in the SWEET JUSTICE SET.

Step aside Stephanie Plum, Bounty Hunter Jessica Beckett is the real deal. She is a woman who has lived through the un-thinkable, pulled herself up, and is all the more stronger for it.

    Fast paced plot !

This book grabbed me from the first page and never let up, I found myself sneaking back to read just a little more.

    Great character development.

I loved the characters in this book, I left with a feeling like I really know them.

I want more of them so bad, but will have to wait until The Wrong Side of Dead is released in NOV 09

My 3rd book by Karen Rose. She used a similar template to the first two books. She favors the formerly emotionally or physically damaged lead characters. Writes a great suspense and includes sections of romance for those who don't mind a pause in the action.

This is the second book I've read by Karen Rose. I love Mystery and Suspense. She writes A+ suspense but I find she likes to bring things to halt and inserts long romance sections, to sort of switch gears rather than have it all meld together.

This 500 page book became a much faster and exciting read now that I just skip over the slow parts that really don't add to the suspense.
