Emerald's location is a large woodsy area, with a big clearing in the middle. Just close your eyes are imagine green trees and grass stretching on for miles, so lovely and peaceful. All the townspeople living happily in the woods, picking fresh berries and frolicking around.

That's not really truly Emerald.
Emerald has guards, making sure you aren't picking fruit off of the city's trees. Emerald has guards, making sure you aren't leaving the city without permission. Emerald has guards, making sure you aren't talking to the city's enemy, Dandelion Village.
What is this place, the Dandelion Village? And why are they sworn enemies for all eternity? Hmmm...I guess you'll have to take a visit to Emerald and figure out yourself.
And all the other undiscovered mysteries about the odd people in Emerald and the wars and the violent guards...you'll just have to find out.
But there are three girls...Blossom, Maroon, and Savannah...who may be able to tell you a thing or two about these mysteries and the city of Emerald. They're clever, quick, and hard to figure out. Their parents were the rulers of Emerald until they one day just...disappeared. Never seen again.
Who knows what other strange things are waiting to happen in Emerald? So come make your life here and hope to keep it....
