Training Plains

New Title

Here you can train with hand to hand combat, weapons, and magic. The people who watch over are the Watchers. You could train against dummies, Watchers, or things Watchers create. Watchers create creatures you can battle against. If you are going to Roleplay a Watcher, they have no emotion or anything. They just help. The Training Plains are a vast area of weapons, dummies, Watchers, and everything else.

The princess walked into the training plains. Her hair was tied up in a high ponytail so that it wouldn't get as much in the way even though it still would. She carried two knifes with her. She scanned the area, looking for a watcher. She felt like training.

I walked into the fields, holding my sword at my side. I didn't feel like fighting today so I walked to the edge of the field, my red curls tucked behind my ear. I quickly scaled a nearby tree, sitting on the branch with one arm dangling.

I raise my blade, whirling it above my head. I then brought it down to another elf's shield, splitting it in half. In answer to that he jumped back. A quick swing at my shoulder was parried and then we started circling each other. I let my hand appear to lose it's grip, knowing how the other elf would react. Sure enough, he took a swing. A duck and some fancy footwork later he wound up on the ground, his sword several paces away. My sword was at his throat. I held it there for a moment before stepping back. "Next?" I asked as the other elf walked away to nurse his injured pride.

  I look at the mace, then drew my own sword, making sure its edges were dulled. The spell wore off quickly so I had to be careful. Thankfully the spell was still intact. I then assumed an ready position, waiting for the first move to be made.

  I dodged again but at the last blow the mace managed to hit my hand. Luckily it wasn't the hand I was holding the sword with, but it might prevent sword hand transferring if my right hand got hurt. I then stabbed at the Watcher's chest.

  I managed to dodge his elbow but the shield rammed into my sword, sending me skipping back a pace to keep from losing my balance. I then counterattacked with a swing hard enough to shatter the shield on contact, It could be repaired later.

I aim for the farthest dummy which is about three hundred meters back, letting it fly with another whistle. This time the arrow hits home in the center of the heart, vibrating with speed.   I sigh quietly and raise my bow once more. The air around me gets a little warm and my purple eyes start to glow with a little red at the edges. This time when I let the arrow go, it makes more of a hissing noise than a whistle. The black shaft glows like a hot coal, and as it hits the end of your last arrow it explodes into a burst of purple flames. The fire disappears in a few seconds, and nothing remains of our arrows or the dummy except a pile of ash.

Damion:
I walk into the training rooms and take out my trident, stabbing various dummies that are used for training. I stab at a dummies head, twisting my trident, decapitating it. I then move on to the next one and stab it in the heart, putting in all I can.

  I look around for someone to fight with, and then I spot Damion. I quickly make my way over to him without him seeing me. The next swing he takes, I take out my sword and block his blow on a dummy with it.
