Welcome to the future! Most would say turn back. The world is covered in citys only few areas reserved for what is left of the wildlife. Everyone has a gun or someother weapon if not your stupid or you have someone else protect you. If your rich your lucky you can have freedoms others don't and you can try to change the world and fix the crime situation. If your poor your just trying to survive and not get robbed, killed, or caught. If you comit any crimes now COPS have the right to kill you (Note: the cops are robots). All weapons now are bigger and deadler so be carefull and have fun making them up! This is set in the city of Utopia, but it's far from it. Now on earth are strange alien animals called predators that are green and fly throughout the poorer side of the city, warning they do eat human flesh and carry many uncurable diseases. Add anything else you think would be cool in Utopia!

Uptown and being Rich:
Uptown is where all the rich live in a real utopia. They have an invisible net surrounding this part of the city to keep out the predators. It's been so long this way that most of the rich have no clue what the dangerous animals are. They are even so disconnected from the poor that they forget they exist. Most people listen to all the laws here and obey the COPS they even chat with them. Can you be the bridge to connect the rich and the poor or do you just want to keep living in your perfect world?
Downtown and being Poor:
Downtown is where all the poor live on stealing and disobeying the laws they don't like. People live in alleys and aboned buildings. These streets are never busy because most people hide in the alleyways in fear of the predators. COPS got the right to kill you now if they catch you commiting any crime. Dispite this though most people need stealing just to survive. Can you make it big in life or are you just trying to keep it?
Aliens:
The only aliens in this world are the human eating predators. The real name of this alien bird/bat thing is unknown so they got the name predators because they hunt humans. Predators look like a giant green bat that uses something like ecolocation. The only reason it's like a bird is because it has talons and a beak, it also hunts day and night and lives in flocks. When your being attacked by a predator kill it and don't get bite by one because they have alien diseases that might not be curable.
Discussions:
Make them as you please. They can't be advertising other groups or anything like that, they have to be in RP like places in the city or something. In the WANTED ads when making someone up clarifey if you want to be the criminal or other people can RP them. Also you can make gangs like the HAWKS.
