Bows and Arrows
Elette: I see catching food easier with help in this area.
You mean someone who won't be born for 73 years? Okeydokey ;)
I walk over to the throwing weapons station. I'm good with weapons, but I've never properly tried throwing them, so this is a good opportunity to practice that.
Elette: I grap a few weapons and begin aiming them at dummies. Wow this is kind of fun! I'm pretty good at it too, but need to steady my arm when I release the weapons.
Elette: I do some basic stuff like holding my breath and some simple strokes. The water and I know each other pretty well, plus I know how to escape fierce currents, so I decide to move on to the next station.
Aura: I cautiously place one toe into the water. I've never actually had any experience in swimming before, but how hard can it be? After all, it might prove to be useful in the arena if I ever need to make a quick escape from someone intent on violently ending my life. Considering the way my life's going, that's not such a bad reason for wanting to learn how to swim. I wade in deeper.
*I'm interviewing you now.* XD
Elette: "Hi, have you never swam before? It's ins't that bad; you're doing great." I smile and do some backstrokes and butterflies. "Tides and currents are all you should worry about."
Pearl: I've never been good with bombs, no use in the water. I guess I should learn now and not blow myself up later. Throw them off a little, though all I really want is to go home. I stare at my boots and avert the others eyes, I turn my ring over and over on my finger no one is looking, I press my cold chapped lips on the "pearly" orb. I breathe heavily, and make my way to the station all the while hearing my mother say "Keep your feet strong in the water, the currant's strong," I grimace and turn the orb once again. " But you be stronger."
Elette: I have some past experience on making bombs just putting powder and stuff in tubes to mess with at home, but this is the real deal. I set some explosives and learn how to make some new ones. I even learn how to put bombs and such on a timer, so watch out!
Making explosives seems relatively easy. We manufacture a lot of the Capitol's weapons in our district. My brother, Albert, could make and program a bomb in less than two minutes. Might as well go over to the station to brush up on my skills.
Elette: I'm the only one at this station now, some find camo useless, but I like going unoticed. I'm just going to learn how to make myself "invisible" and go from there; I might be hiding anywhere in the arena and you'd never know...until it's too late.
Pearl: I see a girl over at the camo station, darn I really needed to work on that. Something in me though is pushing me to go help her, My stragety help evreyone until it hurts. I give in and let the feeling lead me to the table.
Elette: "Thank you. Shh don't tell anyone this, but I think you're going to win the games. I wish you the best of luck in the arena and if you need help find me; I think we would both benefit from working together." I give her a kind smile and proceed to the next station.
Silver: I walk over to the trap station, wanting to get to know better how to make traps and snares. At home, I was fair at it, and every once in a while, I caught something, but if I wanted to survive the Hunger Games, I needed to get better. I walk over to the Instructor and smile. "Hi, I'm Silver. What's the most basic snare?" I ask. I knew that sometimes the simplest things could get you farther.
Elette: Traps I know how to set traps and kill animals and stuff, but I've never used them against people. I test with a few things, get bored, and decide to keep moving on.
Elette: I'm the only tribute over here. I don't really know what to do, so I mess with some netting and wait for someone else to walk over here. I might be here a while...
