The wind blew my hair back, red and orange leaves swirling at my feet. I shivered chills running down my spine, but I smiled at the same time, feeling my love for the cold. I looked up to the grey and cloudy sky, and my hat fell over my eyes. I grunted and pushed it back. I held my hand on the tip, making sure it didn't fall. I felt drips of water fall onto my forehead and tip of my nose. I blinked and then put my head down, letting go of my hat. I stuck my hands into the pockets of my big puffy wool coat. I looked to my left, waiting for Kassie to come. I sighed and leaned my back against the trunk of the large pine tree. I closed my eyes and relaxed as I waited. I felt more leaves blowing over my boots, and I looked down to see them. All different colors fallen from one tree. It was amazing how nature worked.
