What do you do? Read books about books, of course!
My favorite type of book to read is the book about books. Sometimes the central story is a mysterious manuscript. Sometimes it's a diary. Sometimes it's jumping into dozens and dozens of books about as certain subject (as is the case of Foucault's Pendulum.) Other times it's about a man who can't remember anything about his life except the books he's read (as is the case of the Mysterious Flame of Queen Loana.) Still, in others, it's about what happens when your quest for knowledge trumps your value of humanity (as is the case in Frankenstein.)
