CourtneyI walk into Starbucks and see Jason instantly. "Hey!" I said walking over to him.

" Hello." I said smiling.
Courtney"Didn't want to bring Ace with you?" I teased.
"It's ok he doesn't like coffee." I said chuckling.
CourtneyI smiled, "Aaahhh the truth is revealed!"
"So watcha up to?" I asked
CourtneyI shrugged, "Nothing much really... My life's pretty boring."
"Now that can't be ture." I said smiling.
Courtney"And why not?" I asked skeptically. I walked up to the counter, pulling him with me.
"Because you're too pretty to have a boring life. You should be going to parties, having fun, and that can't be boring."
Courtney"I should be going to parties, but I'm not.." I said.
"And why is that?" I asked.
CourtneyI shrugged, "I'm not the most popular person around..."
"And why is that?" I asked again.
CourtneyI shrugged again, "I don't know. People don't like me very much. I'm 'a nerd' because I got like straight As. So I was shunned from all popularity before this."
"What a load of b*** s***." I said under my breath.
CourtneyI smirked at his reaction, "It wasn't all bad.. I mean I wasn't a loner, but I didn't have many friends."
"So you weren't social?" I asked surprised.
Courtney"I tried to be at first, but when everybody you try to talk to walks away before you can even finish a sentence it kind of puts you off."
"Well I guess that would be why you were at the beach, reading a book." I said chuckling.
Courtney"Oh and now you're making fun of me?"
"Yup." I said smiling and chuckled some more.
Courtney"Because that really boosts up my self-esteem, Jason." I said elbowing him in the ribs.
"Ow." I said smiling.
CourtneyI smiled and kissed him softly. I pulled back quickly, "Sorry." I muttered, though I wasn't really sorry at all.
"Wow." I whispered under my breath.
CourtneyI blushed. "Sorry." I said again.
"I never said I didn't like it." I said smiling.
CourtneyI blushed a deeper red. "Well did you?"
"Since when is a kiss from a pretty girl a bad thing?" I asked smiling.
CourtneyI smiled, "I don't know, I don't kiss pretty girls." I said. "Duh!"
I chuckled and grinned at her.
Courtney"Though I do kiss very VERY good looking guys..." I said. "None of them here though..." I joked, smiling at him.
"Ha Ha Ha." I said sarcastically
Courtney"Admit it, it was funny." I said.
"Hilarious." I said sarcastically again.
CourtneyI stuck my tongue out at him, "You're mean." I said.
" I know right." I said smiling.
Courtney"That's not a good thing when it comes to pretty girls."
I smiled at her, not being able to think of something to say back.
Courtney"Yah no comment is right, Mr. Mean Person."
" Now who's the mean person?" I said smiling.
Courtney"Still you!"
"And how can that be?"
Courtney"It just is."
"Ok whatever you say." I said sarcastically again.
CourtneyI made a face and imitated him lamely.
"Mah mah mah." I said childlishly.
CourtneyI stuck my tongue out at him. "Freak!"
"Totally." I said smiling.
Courtney"I like freaks." I said winking at him.
" Well that's good." I said smiling.
Courtney"You bet it is," I said smiling back at him.
" Oh you know it." I said smiling.
Courtney"You're such a freak." I said walking up to the register. I got a chocolate frap with extra chocolate and no whipped cream and a sugar cookie.
I followed her up to the counter and grabbed a black coffee and paid for them both.
Courtney"You didn't have to do that." I said walking over to a little table.
"Yeah I did," I said smiling. " The guy always pays on the first date." I said winking
CourtneyI blushed and smiled. "That is true."
"Well that makes it official, we are now on a first date." I said smiling.
CourtneyMy smile grew. "Perfect." I said.

I took her hand and smiled.
