Going on vacation to the beach. I have already bought Retribution (Sherrilyn Kenyon) to read while I'm there hope I can wait 1 whole week without reading it.

Also plan to finish the last of the Breed series and to start the Dark series.

Finished Lover Enshrined. This was a tough read as it's viewed mostly through Phury's drug-addled point of view. It's well written but too dark and long (almost 500 pages). There are high points, though...the ending soars and the scenes involving John Matthew, Qhuinn and Blay were great.

Same here! I read them back-to-back, so I don't remember being lost at the start of book 2. But it was so long ago, maybe I need to re-read this trilogy! I too remember loving them all. :)

I think the slow parts for me were the repetition of a few things (How many times do we have to read how Cian was made or how Hoyt felt? I got it the first time.). And sometimes I felt the descriptions were overkill. Although halfway through I really did start to enjoy the book.

I was only lost through the first 30 pages. By about 1/3 of the way through, clarity prevailed and the book got interesting. I agree with Monica about the repetition, though. Minor annoyance.

Loved Jacob! Didn't like Gideon as much but enjoyed Elijah a lot. I have Damien and Noah still to read but have been putting off getting to noah just because he fascinated me from the start and I'm not sure if I'm ready to give him up to some other woman LOL.

Ended up read The Magical Christmas Cat By Nalini Singh , Erin McCarthy , Linda Winstead Jones , Lora Leigh .

There was 4 different stroy in this book and they were all pretty good .

1st stroy was "Stroke Of Enticement" By Nalini Singh and i loved this one it was so good - it's part of her "Psy-Changling series" and i was so happy to read more from that world i love her books so much .

2nd story was "Christmas Bree" By Erin McCarthy and it was pretty good .

3rd stroy was "Sweet Dreams" By Linda Winstead Jones and it was good .

4th stroy was "Christmas Heat" By Lora Leigh and it was awesome i think this was the best stroy in the book - it's part of her "Breeds series" which is totally awesome i can't wait to read the next book .

overall i think this book is worth reading i loved the 1st and 4th storys so much.

Just finished The Hollow by Jessica Verday...only gave it 2 stars though many people liked it I really thought it was a big snore and somewhat a waste of time. I am now reading The Mediator (1&2) By Meg Cabot and so far really enjoying it the main character is super sassy and doesn't put up with any S**** from anyone especially ghosts.

I did not like The Hollow either. I think I learned more about perfume making than getting to know the characters/plot.
