Okay, so most people say they cried in Twilight. I personally didn't cry much in Twilight, only in New Moon. Okay, a lot in New Moon.
But I have cried more in other books. For example:
CAUTION! MEGA-SPOILERS AHEAD! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!
-The Elegance of the Hedgehog. When Renee died, I started sobbing. Like, literally grabbing my chest and all. Really, it was a cry-fest that day in my book club meeting.
-The Mortal Instruments: City of Glass. By the time Clary asked the Angel to bring Jace back to life, I was crying like a baby.
-Kissed by an Angel. OH MY GOD! Let's not get into that one.
-Freak the Mighty. When Max was running through the halls of the hospital, I started crying. Right smack in the middle of my classroom.
-The Notebook. I am not a Nicholas Sparks fan because I think that he repeats too much (haven't you noticed that almost in all his books somebody dies? It's like that's the only way he can make people cry) but The Notebook is so heartbreaking!
-Harry Potter! There were certain moments in each book when a tear slipped out. e.g., when Harry saw his family in the Mirror of Erised (book one), when Harry freed Sirius (book three), when Sirius died (seriously?) and the whole seventh book.
Erm... I'll think of some more later...
