I once tried being vegetarian...it lasted 3 hours and then I went into the kitchen and ate a turkey sandwich cause I wanted lunch. Mmmmmm...now i'm hungy Lol.
Ok so I feel suuper overweight, but really I'm basically stick thin, I'm a good 125 pounds, I think, and I'm 5'8". My Wii Fit tells me that I'm about 5 pounds overweight, but I don't really trust the game. I'm a hard core dancer and I eat alot because I work off alot of calories and I've lost alot of weight in the past couple years. But I feel really fat, and I wanna lose a couple pounds. My friends say that it's really dangerous because of how much I dance and that if I quit eating or eat less then I usually do, I could get sick or get an eating disorder. I don't know if I'm just going through that anorexic stage of your teenage years that my friends say that everyone goes through or what, but I honestly don't know what to do.
Any advice?? :)
