What time of day do you run?
I've tried running in the morning, but I'm crap at motivating myself out of bed before work. I also feel pretty sluggish and stiff in the morning, not to mention slightly dehydrated. Thus, for the past year, I've been running in the late afternoon and evening (and sometimes at night). I find that evening runs work well, even after a long day of work. I've also found that on days when I know I have a long run scheduled, I can plan my meals and snacks accordingly. Do you know of any advantages or disadvantages of running in the AM or PM?
