I hated the way poor Amy Dudley was treated throughout this novel. All she ever wanted was for Robert to come home and love her. She was a most devoted wife and I hate that he realized that a bit too late.
What are your opinions about Amy and Robert? Do you think she was a bit on the crazy/manic, dependent side or just a devoted, loving wife?
