    Ashes to Ashes by Tami Hoag - Physical book

    Black Dawn from the Morganville Vampire series by Rachel Caine

    YA / Urban Fantasy

    3. To what page or percent have you read?
    21%

    I like the character Myrnin. He's a little bit crazy and he says and does the oddest things.

    I don't like the situation the Morganville-ites are in. I hope it gets resolved in this book and doesn't spill over to the next one.

    Only if you like YA and UF, and only if you've read all the other books in the series first

    Yes to both

    Maybe. So far it seems good. One of those underrated, rarely read books.

    1. What book are you currently reading? The Souvenir: A Daughter Discovers Her Father's War by Louise Steinman
    2. Is it from a specific genre? bio/history
    3. To what page or percent have you read? About 1/3
    4. What is your favorite part of the book? The journey, as she learns who her father was and how the war influenced what and how he did things for the rest of his life.
    5. What is your least favorite part of the book? Nothing yet.
    6. Based on what you've read so far, how many stars would you rate it? **** 4 stars
    7. Would you recommend others read this book? Yes, good for history/memoir and so far not a gory recounting of the war in the Pacific

    All of the interesting historical tidbits contained in the descriptions of the lithographs.
