  Joker. Harley is mildly amusing...I mostly find her an irritant. But sometimes she's just too adorable. I loved her outfit in the game.

  Harley Quinn is just a Joker groupie. I agree that she's more of an irritant than anything else. If anything, I feel she actually lessens Joker as a whole. Not a fan of Harley I'm afraid.

  I'm torn between the two. Everyone always portrays Harley as annoying and dumb, when in all actuality she was a smart, competent woman, and if she needed to, she most likely could beat the Joker. I'd love to see that battle :)
