Wow, I have so much in common with you gals! Read stuff from most of the authors you all have listed.

Kimberly: I am so excited to see Frank Beddor on your list. Most people have no idea what I'm talking about when I mention "The Looking Glass Wars". Haven't read "Archenemy" yet, but my mission this coming weekend is to hit Borders and find a copy.

Holly: Karen Marie Moning is the sweetest, smartest, most wonderful author I have ever met! How awesome to see her listed as one of your favorites!

KnDy: So glad to see you have Isabel Allende listed, does that mean you read a bit of South American literature as well?

Really hard for me to pick favorites, so I'll just list whomever comes to mind whose many books I've read:
    *Ayn Rand
    *Stephen King
    *Karen Marie Moning
    *Dante
    *Diana Gabaldon
    *Maria V. Snyder
    *Paulo Coehlo
    *Bryce Courtenay
    *Susanna Clarke
    *Neil Gaiman
    *Alexandre Dumas
    *Emile Zola
    *Jorge Borges
    *Barbara Kingsolver

and many more, but I don't want to bore everyone...

    Many of the same authors.

(one * favorite author, two ** i'll buy even if the book has bad reviews, because I've found with them I'll probably still really love the book)

Karen Marie Moning ** (I like the fever series but I loved her highlander series)
Gena Showalter ** (anxiously waiting for twice as hot, loved playing with fire)
Katie Macalister ** (is she ever going to write more about aisling & drake again???)
Julia Quinn ** (Have to wait till MAY for Ten Things I Love About You) :(
Jude Deveraux (old not new, re-read all of the old montgomery's probably about once a year)
Judith McNaught (best regency ever, contemporaries are good too!!)
JD Robb (not Nora Roberts - sorry tried her about 17 times and I just don't like her contemporaries) **
Shana Abe * (drakon series, 1st book is a must read, the others are just ok, I just HAVE to know what happens though)
Cherry Adair * (T_FLAC guys mmmm)
Robin D. Owens ** (absolute favorite author) :)
Frewin Jones (fairy tale teen story, just started reading them couple of months ago & I'm loving them)
PC Cast/Kristin Cast (like her wether she's writing romance or teen)
Lynsay Sands ** (love her series, last 3 were kind of blah though)
Kresley Cole (reading one of hers right now) **
    Julie Garwood ** (absolute auto-buy)
Victoria Alexander (mostly regency, always well written and interesting stories)
CL Wilson ** (tairon soul series, one of the best fantasy/romance series I've ever read)
Christine Feehan (not so much lately though - hated hidden currents)
Sharon Ashwood * (the forgotten, only read book one but I'm anxiously awaiting 2 & 3 in dec and july)
Patricia Briggs ** (love the mercy series, read the alpha & omega first and was hooked from there)
Jayne Ann Krentz (also read her as Amanda Quick and Jayne Castle) **
MaryJanice Davidson (always good for a light fun read -- normally quick too)
Christinda Dodd ** (have not read a book buy her that i did not like -- and I've read all of them :)
AJ Menden * (only has two books out, but they were great)
Jacquelyn Frank (only read her nightwalker series which was very enjoyable)
Kimberly Frost (southern witch series, newer author, interesting so far)
Jill Gregory (prefer her western historicals)
Linda Lael Miller (always a good read)
Nalini Singh ** (probably number two on my list, always well written and interesting with interesting characters)
Jordan Summers (dead world, only read 1 and 2 so far #3 is in my TBR pile, looks like i'll get to it in Dec)
    Sunny (monere series, interesting)
Elizabeth Thornton ** (historical, just love her writing)
    Elizabeth Vaughn (star series)
    Christine Warren * (The Others)
Linda Wisdom (hex series, very funny, but I want more jazz and less about her friends)
    Lorraine Heath (historical)
Linda Howard (thought i'd die laughing during some of her books, and the guys are perfect, unfortunately nothing good lately) :(
Jillian Hunter (boscastle family series, historical)
Melanie Jackson (wildside, has not added to this series in a couple of years) :(
Jennifer Ashley (immortals series, and historicals)
    Sabrina Jeffries (school for heiresses)
Linda Winstead Jones (fyne witch series was excellent)
    Lora Leigh (BREEDS!!)
