i think that everyone is a nerd because a 'nerd' is not someone who doesn't stand up for themselves. a nerd is someone who loves to study, to get good grades, who loves to read or to talk about their schoolwork.... the stereotypical nerd that has been painted in books and movies does not really exist that much. they can, there can be the type of nerd that wears bad clothes and walks around slouching and obsessed with their computers with glasses and acne but i think it is very rare in real life. :)
i am a nerd because i love my books and my studies, i love to sit and curl up with a book rather than wear a uniform and cheer, or to go out partying. i am a nerd because i am quiet and sometimes unsocial, but i am not obsessed with electronics and video games.
