  I have a very weak stomach. He little brother came to the door with what looked like a hard boiled egg that he had eaten the yolk, swushed it around in his mouth and spit it back out. Then he started eating it. I threw up twice it was so nasty. Turns out it was mayonnaise that he mixed iin with the hard yolk.

Well, as of yesterday I officially have a job. Like a 6 hours a day, a few times a week, breaks and lunchbreaks, getting a paycheck type of job. :D The library where I've been volunteering for the past year hired me!!! My orientation is next week and then I officially get to start. ^_^ I'm so excited!!! I'll pretty much be doing what I'm doing now...I'll just be getting paid. XD YES!

So I'm alllllll good. :D My dentist is pretty good though - I've known him my entire life....granted most of my dentist experiences in the recent past haven't been good buuuuut. XD lol.   You've never gotten your teeth cleaned before?!? I actually enjoy the dentist afterwards when my teeth feel nice and clean, as long as I don't have a cavity.... which I usually don't. I'd like to recommend that everyone get Sonicares they have really helped my home care a lot.

  Ive never had a cavity, I have had surgery for removal of an extra tooth though. I got anesthesia for that one though so....also the dentist in NO WAY compares to the horror of the orthodontist. Braces really really really suck.

  ^u^ I got aaaaaamazing painkillers after my wisdom teeth removal...they were so good, I went indoor skydiving the next day!!!! hahaha. I don't eat much as it is, so my body is used to taking medicine with just milk or water, even if I haven't eaten.

I shall be leaving my home and be away from internet from Sunday (18th) to Friday (23rd). :D I have my Catalina trip with my school next week! YES! Okay, for those of you who may not remember - a quick explanation - maybe - the school I attend sponsors a 3day and a 5day camping trip to Santa Catalina Island off the coast of CA by Long Beach. Well, I'm attending the 5 day once again this year! Whoot! So yes, I shall be gone for a week. :) Also, I may not be able to get back on Shelfari before I go so I wanted to say my goodbyes just in case. haha. Tomorrow I have to finish editing this super duper important english essay for school, meet a new family I may potientally babysit for, finish the wings for the little amigurumi dragon I made, AND attend a spring break party for 2 of my really close friends who are back from college this week. Saturday I have to do laundry to ensure that I have clothing to wear at said camp, go shopping for sleepingbags and bug spray, possibly edit english essay further, see my cousin who's coming into town tomorrow night AND pack for Catalina. :D haha. And lastly, Sunday shall be spent frantically packing, doing laundry, and maybe editing my essay if its not quite there yet. :) Busy weekend huh? lol. So yeah, thats I all I wanted to say.... XD

This last week was a HUGE met. and i mean HUGE. I got to race a 2004 olympic silver medalist and world record holder. There were a lot of fast people there.

I'm back...whoot. I got back to San Diego last night but was sooooooo exhausted and could barely walk let alone type and check Shelfari. :D This year's catalina trip was quite possibly the best one I've been on yet. The 5dayers were a super small group - only 15 of us plus our two chaperones. However, the boys outranked us girls with 10 to our 5. haha. It was really awesome all in all. I went snorkeling, kayaking, rock climbing, held and swam with sharks, held an octopus, went tide pooling, played a ton of sports, got hit in the head with a basketball (ooooh fun!), went hiking, was a complete dork and omg just a whole bunch of other awesome things. ^u^ I also freefell from 40 ft before going into a swing. hahahahahaha. I'll have to post the link to the pictures! It scared the living hell out of me. :D The boat ride back was fun too - I almost got seasick. Ugh. I ended up sleeping on and off through the entire 2hr ride. I used my friend Andy as a pillow and then my friend/crush Nick as a footrest...thank goodness for sympathetic friends. I was the only one to even get semi-seasick. It sucked.

So, I'm sooooooo sorry I haven't been active lately. I've just been so busy when I'm online! I have been spending the past week or so publishing my book.
SO, GUESS WHO'S A PUBLISHED AUTHOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just did it! I'm so proud! I get to have five copies of my book come to my house on the 4th! I'm shaking, I'm so happy.
I hope that's a good enough excuse for not being online.
For those of you who want to read it, I could send you the PDF, or you could wait until I get everything set up to seel it, or put it up as an iBook or a Kindle. I'm a little weary of some places, but I should have it all working in a week, if all goes as planned.

Okey doke people, I know I have COMPLETELY FAILED at posting and stuff the past couple of weeks, but I have been completely swamped by homework and music recently. I have been prepping for a concert called String Fest that was SO FREAKING HARD and I have literally spent all my free time practicing for it, plus orchestra, string ensemble, string trio, violin lesson assignments, band music, marching band auditions, chorus music, select chorale music, our school's musical songs (and dancing, and acting), my piano lessons, AND my piano recitals.

Holy crap, when I list it all out like that...No wonder I don't have any free time any more.

  Yeah, it's been insane. This is my orchestra teacher last Tuesday: "Okay, so you guys have string fest tomorrow, then the chamber orchestra concert next week, then we're going to be performing our trio music the week after that, and one more concert that weekend with the full string ensemble."

  @Laura: Thing is, I can't afford a college just yet. I need the extra time so I can get enough ghours for a good job so I can save up for something big. My parents are considering allowing me to go to China next summer for a few weeks to work with orphans, and I have to pay my way. Getting school out of the way first is a big help. If I were still in school, I wouldn't have been able to take this babysitting job I just did. I have been begging God to let me grow up, and He has allowed me this.

A woman from my town walked up to Cricket and me and said that she had a friend who had a son who was my age, and he lived in China, and he wanted an American pen pal to help him with his language skills. So, of course, we agreed to be his penpals. I was the only one to get an email back from him. XD We've been friends ever since.

T.T All three pulled out nerf guns (and not just ANY ole nerf guns, but the automatic 20 bullets kind) started unloading on me. *sigh* I have bruises now and am out for revenge....btw, did you know that nerf bullets at point blank range hurt like heck?

XD to get back at them, I called them all at 530am the next morning....did I also mention that they're on spring break this week, hate getting up early and therefore had no reason to wake up at 530am?
