  i'd extend the meadow scene and change their first kiss to the meadow and maybe a few other things. The ballet studio scene was great though

  I didn't much care for the cheesy buffy the vampire slayer action scenes....and the whole climbing the tree thing. totally fake. Otherwise couldn't expect much the first book was a bit on the slow and somewhat mushy side. I would have preferred for him to be crystalline(sp?) versus glittery. I imagined him shining like a crystal hanging in the sunshine and his body reflecting light. -shrugs- my opinion. that and it just seemed like their relationship was just a little rushed. no Mike (was that his name, long time since I read the books or watched the movie for that matter) he wasn't a much of a pain to her in the movie that she had to con him or her friend into hooking up with one another.

    yeah I know, that was the scene I was looking forward to the most and i saw it and was so mad cause it was supposed to be really romantic and it's like my favorite scene in the book so... i didn't like it in the movie.

    It was horrible, garbled and abstract. Everyone knew the scne was meant to be peaceful and serene, and they wer already meant to be in deep pure romantic love.

  *~~*WHAT I WOULD REDO*~~*

  - Bella: replace Kristen Stewart with actress who has a more varied emotinal range she can show on her face
  - Turn up the chemistry between the Bella and Edward actors - there was no romance at all
  - Change plotline to stay with the book
  - Redo Meadow scene completely is a different setting: an actual clearing: springy green grass covered in buttery sunshine and a stream nearby
  - Give Bella better dress for prom [COME ON: Blue hideous dress with WHITE shrug and GREEN tights and CONVERSE?!]
  - Redo first Cafeteria scene - too much talk abotu Kirk and shit was there
  - Play up roles of vampire family more
  - Have Jacob drive the car in "ANOTHER COMPLICATION" part - Billy is handicapped, Catherine!!!
  - Remove Spaghetti strap priveledges from Kristen
  - Do raping scene better - more action, and drama, and tell Jessica to LOSE WEIGHT
  - Teach Kristen how to scream for Ballet Studio scene
  - Downplay Kristen's "episode" moment when she is bitten - she looks like someone is electrocuting her
  - Make Baseball Scene a notch more dramatic
  - Have Robert be a bit perkier and more excited
  - Redo bedroom scene [at Cullen residence] by having Rob look perkier and Kristen change outfit and hair.
  - Name the science teacher as he was named in book
  - Have school scenes situated at a more posh school, with same science lab
  - Again, REDO MEADOW SCENE
  - Have Jake tell her everythign about the vampire legends instead of having her get it from a book
  - Do Prom Entrance better. It was pathetic.
  - Do prom scene better. It was more pathetic.
  - Do James scenes with a bit more supernatural/paranormal air to it.

  change james' ridiculous sniffs and give me a $100million budget and different actors for E&B
  Chace Crawford as Edward (omg hes sooo hott) and Blake Lively or Ellen Page as Bella
  not as corny esp. with the lab/first meeting scene (or she should've at least notably sniffed her pits lol)
  alter the meadow scene some
  effects (ex: edward running)
  fix bellas hair some to a more tamed cut
  leave the apple bouncing cover shot of book thing out
  give Emmet more of his fun and sarcastic "its not THAT important" type of lines
  fix jake's hair so that it looks more real not like a party store jamaican wig
  uhh yeah too much stuff to name but that's the general idea

  a few more things
  replace Rob Patterson I'm sorry to all those that love him but he's NOT Edward at all
  once again REDO THE MEADOW scene!
  change their first kiss from her bedroom to the meadow (so stupid in her room, hated it)
  get a new director! Catherine did not do well
  fix jacob's hair i know it's supposed to be long but not that long, (can't wait for New Moon cause taylor lautner is so smokin hot)

    I wouldn't say perfect. He did do good with his dialogues but I still think they could have gotten someone a little better. But that's just me. I will not be against you if you do like Rob Pattinson.
